SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in thermal resistance and an electric characteristic and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor where a solid electrolyte and a cathode conductive layer are sequentially formed on a valve operation metal surface in which a dielectric oxide film is formed, a conductive polymer such as polypyrrole including bis (perfluoroalkane sulfonyl)imido anion expressed by a general formula [1] and poly (3, 4-ethylene dioxythiophene) is formed as the solid electrolyte. The conductive polymer is formed by a chemical polymerization method or an electrolytic polymerization method.
