PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive paste used for an internal electrode of a stacked electronic component represented by a stacked ceramic capacitor which prevents cutting of the internal electrode even if a large number of the capacitors are applied, when baking them in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, having no short-circuiting failure, nor high electrostatic capacity, nor structural defect. SOLUTION: Nickel paste to which a material having the same composition as that of a ceramic material, or a main component of the ceramic material and one or more kinds of carbonate selected from CaCO<SB>3</SB>, SrCO<SB>3</SB>, and BaCO<SB>3</SB>are added is used for the internal electrode.
