PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive fixing structure capable of completing fixing of a disk drive by simple forwards and backwards push-movement and thus, reducing the number of components, by simplifying the assembly process, and improving an assembly efficiency by reducing the waste in the manufacturing cost and the processing hours. SOLUTION: The fixing is completed by attaching the disk drive on a slide base, making the slide base slide backward to a tray, shifting the two-sided slide side plates backward and inward, at the same time as the slide base is made to slide backward, with a lengthwise guide structure and a lengthwise guide means and a sidewise guide structure and a sidewise guide means, as well as the relation in which the rear end and the front end of the lengthwise guide structure or the lengthwise guide means approach to the center line of the bottom plate, and inserting a sidewise positioning pole into a sidewise positioning hole of the disk drive.
