PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program capable of handling flexibly a change of an interface difficult to be handled by a boundary element method, capable of reducing remarkably the number of element divisions required in a finite element method, and capable of reducing remarkably a calculation cost as a result thereof. SOLUTION: An area of an object for numerical analysis is set on a memory 62, and the same-dimensional partial area is set within the area. Then, the partial area is element-divided to set discrete reference points. A partial differential equation Lu=q defining a physical quantity on the area and a physical quantity on the partial area is brought thereafter into discretion, using an elementary solution, to be transformed into simultaneous linear equations, and a physical quantity Q<SB>i</SB>defined on each of the reference points within the partial area is calculated thereby. A physical quantity u corresponding to a complement of the partial area within the area is calculated by integrating the calculated physical quantities within the partial area in the area.
