PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly manage a present configuration of software mounted in software-controlled equipment. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 acquires master data on a version of the control software 131 stored in a storage part 13 from a master data management server 5. The CPU 12 compares attributes of a plurality of files included in the control software 131 stored in the storage part 13 with an attribute of each file shown by the master data to detect difference between a typical configuration of the software of the version and a configuration of the control software 131.
