PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a high degree of adhesion even when vapor deposition layers formed by a vacuum film making method is formed on a base material formed of an organic material. SOLUTION: The laminate which has the base material formed of the organic material, intermediate layers made by the vacuum film making method on one or both surfaces of the base material and the vapor deposition layers made of an inorganic oxide by the vacuum film making method on the intermediate layers and in which the intermediate layers are vapor deposition films having an organic component and an inorganic component is provided.
