GUIDE DEVICE OF CONTINUOUS FIBER BUNDLE, WINDER OF CONTINUOUS FIBER BUNDLE HAVING THE GUIDE DEVICE, MANUFACTURING METHOD BY THE WINDER AND CARBON FIBER BOBBIN PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device of a reinforced fiber bundle capable of stably winding the reinforced fiber bundle expanded in a width in a supplying tape shape on a bobbin in an untwisted state, and capable of winding the reinforced fiber bundle on the bobbin by further expanding the width more than a width in supplying, only by installing guide devices in an existing winder; and a winder attached with this guide device. SOLUTION: This guide device is arranged on a traveling passage of the continuous fiber bundle, and has a set of first and second guides 4 and 5 put in the positional relationship of mutually twisting the axis guided by twisting the fiber bundle on a space. The device has a parallel guide 6 having the axis parallel to the bobbin 1 for introducing and guiding the twisted fiber bundle to the bobbin 1 by twisting back the fiber bundle. The first guide 4 is composed of a flat guide or a conical guide, and the second guide 5 is composed of a conical guide. The parallel guide 6 is stably wound on the bobbin by stabilizing a travel position of the continuous fiber bundle and the width of the continuous fiber bundle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
