PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container apparatus which allows a worker to change its assembled state to its folded state by himself (herself) even if each side has a length of 1 m or more. SOLUTION: This container apparatus 300 is made such that an upper side of a rear plate member 320 and a rear side of a top plate member 350 are connected to each other in a foldable manner, a lower side of the rear plate member and a rear side of the bottom plate member 360 are connected to each other in a foldable manner, a front side of the bottom plate member and a lower side of the front plate member 310 are connected to each other in a foldable manner, and the left side of the rear plate member and the rear side of the left plate member 330 are connected to each other in a foldable manner. In this container apparatus, since the right side of the rear plate member and the rear side of the right plate member 340 are connected to each other in a foldable manner, when the container is changed from its assembled state to its folded state, for example, the top plate member opened upwardly is turned from the rear side to the lower side, the front plate member is opened forwardly and then the left plate member, the right plate member and the bottom plate member are turned rearward and then the front plate member is also overlapped on each of these plate members.
