PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define a pull-out position of a sheet cassette to be set in and out of a device body and smoothly stop it at a predetermined pull-out position. SOLUTION: The sheet cassette 52a to be set in and out of the device body comprises a rail 108b for guiding the sheet cassette 52a to be pulled out, a click member 105a for engaging with the sheet cassette 52a when pulled out, and energizing means 103a, 104b for returning the sheet cassette 52a to the pull-out position when further pulling the sheet cassette 52 out of the click member 105a.
