PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater controller for a vehicle capable of keeping a heated section at a constant temperature regardless of during stop or during travel. SOLUTION: The heater controller for the vehicle comprises a heater 2 disposed in the heated section of the vehicle, control means 3, 4, 8 and 9 for controlling electric power supplied from a battery 1 to the heater 2, and further a vehicle speed sensor 10 for detecting the travel speed of the vehicle. The control means 3, 4, 8 and 9 vary the electric power supplied to the heater 2 according to a vehicle speed signal from the vehicle speed sensor 10, and the temperature of the heated section is controlled to be kept constant.
