PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorption device at collision capable of positively absorbing impact energy applied to a front wheel at collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A stopper 4 arranged opposed to an outer periphery rear end of the front wheel 3 and movable in a forward direction of the wheel; and an inflator 5 for moving the stopper 4 in the forward direction of the vehicle are provided. Then, the stopper 4 is popped out toward the outer periphery rear end of the front wheel 3 and is abutted on the outer periphery rear end 3A of the front wheel 3 by swollen gas from the inflator 5 at collision of the vehicle.
