A retaining screw (100) with a multiple-recessed head (101) comprising a first recess (110) and a second recess (120) thereabove, wherein said first recess is straight, extends along axis X and is engageable by the flat end of an operating tool, and said second recess is a cross-shaped recess engageable by the cross-shaped end of an operating tool and comprising two flanges (121, 122) extending along mutually perpendicular axes X1 and Y1, respectively, where one of the two flanges extending along axis X1 is located mainly at the bottom of said first, straight recess. Axis X1 of said flange of the second, cross-shaped recess is shifted through an angle (a) of 5-15 DEG , preferably 8 DEG , relative to the axis X of the first, straight recess.
