<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recording by which bleeding of an image is scarcely caused even under high-humidity conditions and especially suitable for ink jets. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recording is carried out as follows. An anionic dye contains a chelating functional group and a mordant containing a polyvalent metal ion is included in a printing surface of an image-receiving material in the method for ink-jet recording comprising printing an ink composed of at least the anionic dye, water and/or a water-miscible organic solvent on the image-receiving material corresponding to image information and thereby forming the image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
