<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap that is inexpensive and has a strength enough to prevent portable equipment from falling. <P>SOLUTION: The strap 2 has first and second loop cords 4 and 5, a strap body 7, and two covering members 8 and 9. In the strap 2, the first and second loop cords 4 and 5 are tied to the ends of the strap body 7 as if to form loops, and the covering members 8 and 9 cover the tied portions 11.
