摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical circuit which can be miniaturized and doesn't require optical axis adjustment substantially by allowing an optical circuit having a composite function having a self-formation optical waveguide, to be integrally formed. <P>SOLUTION: Cores 110, 120, and 130 of an optical circuit 1000 in Figure A are made of the same photosetting resin, and the core 120 absorbs light of a wavelengthλ<SB>2</SB>but doesn't absorb light of wavelengthλ<SB>1</SB>andλ<SB>3</SB>. Light of the wavelengthλ<SB>2</SB>introduced from the left direction passes an optical fiber 4 and the core 110 and is reflected by a wavelength selective mirror 61 and reaches a light receiving element 81 through a branch 51. Light of the wavelengthλ<SB>3</SB>passes the core 110 and is totally transmitted through the wavelength selective mirror 61 and passes the core 120 and is reflected by a wavelength selective mirror 62 and is introduced to a branch 52 and reaches a light receiving element 82. Light of the wavelengthλ<SB>1</SB>from a light emitting element 9 is totally transmitted through the wavelength selective mirrors 62 and 61 and is introduced to an optical fiber 4 through cores 130, 120, and 110. Though light of the wavelengthλ<SB>2</SB>cannot be reflected by the wavelength selective mirror 61 after passing the core 110 and is partially leaked to the core 120, it is absorbed by the core 120.
