摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a micro and nano-device system by making the density thereof high and introducing Molecular Nano-duplication (MND) having a molecule-scale duplicating function. <P>SOLUTION: This micro and nano-device system is composed of a microminiature optical device having integrated circuits stacked. Consequently, the micro and nano-device can be made high in density and the degree of freedom of electric control of the microminiature optical device can be increased. The high density is easily realized by simplifying a self-organizing optical network forming process. Further, a method for manufacturing the micro and nano-device system includes a stage of forming a growth part by supplying molecules to a base body and transplanting at least a portion of the growth part to another base. Consequently, the MND having the molecule-scale duplicating function is realized to improve the productivity of the device system structured on the micro and nano-scale, and also to integrate the micro and nano-device system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
