PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiral amine sensor having high sensitivity and high asymmetry recognition ability. SOLUTION: A fluorescent molecular wire that has high asymmetry recognition ability to primary amine and is constituted with a fluorescent polymer main chain conjugatably connected to a specific optical active substituent. The polymer main chain is the polyarylene structure, poly(arylene-ethynylene) structure, poly(arylene-vinylene) structure, preferably polyphenylene structure, polythiophene structure, polyphenylene-thiophenylene structure, poly(phenylene-ethynylene) structure, or poly(thiophenylene-ethynylene) structure or poly(phenylene-vinylene) structure, and the optical active group is coupled through a mono or multiple arylenes, a mono or multiple alkylenes, a mono or multiple vinylenes or their combination to the polymer main chain.
