PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and hot water combination lawn faucet device for a cold district capable of preventing the freezing of not only a combination tap post but also hot water supplied from an indoor side. SOLUTION: This water and hot water combination lawn faucet device is composed of the combination tap post in which a valve element connected with a handle in a part on the ground through an operation shaft moves in a valve box having a flow-in port and a discharge port for hot water and a water leading port on the downstream side of a flow-in port for water to select either of both states of opening and discharge and a change-over valve which is connected with the water leading port and the flow-in port for hot water by pipes, stops the supply of hot water to the combination tap post automatically because there is no water pressure from the water leading port when the combination tap post is in a discharge state by the operation of the handle, and discharges hot water in the hot water pipe and a water pipe from the discharge port.
