PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize nature recovering greening easily and economically to recover diverse ecological systems, to restore scenery to harmonize with the surroundings and to conserve existing vegetation by using local seeds and seedlings which fit in with the local weather, climate, landscape and geological feature. SOLUTION: Aboveground parts of seedlings growing naturally from the seeds in woods and forests in or near the area of development are cut off. The seedlings are dug out with a duplex shovel, transplanted into corrosive pots or bag-like bodies made of a corrosive mat or the like, and fixed to a slope with pins or by inserting them into meshes of a wire net, etc. Then, a vegetation base material is squirted until the pots or the bag-like bodies are covered.
