PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupled steel pipe sheet pile which is constructed by vertically driving steel pipe sheet piles into the ground and easily and strongly coupling the same to each other without welding beforehand, and to provide a steel pipe sheet pile coupling structure. SOLUTION: The coupled steel pipe sheet pile 1 is constructed by coupling together the steel pipe sheet piles 2, 2 arranged side by side by a H-section 3. Herein at a joint portion between the H-sections 3, 3 vertically coupled together, one of the H-section 3 has a groove portion 6 at an edge of a web 5 thereof, into which an edge of a web 5 of the other H-section 3 is inserted.
