PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a necessary time for a continuous analysis employing an overlap injection method. SOLUTION: Time required for sample injection preparation operation by an auto sampler is measured and set to a sample injection preparation operation time Tj in continuous analysis execution (S3-S5). The next analysis sample injection preparation operation is started (S3) at time before the time when the analysis operation is completed by a sample injection preparation operation time Tj (S9), and the prepared sample is immediately injected into a column for starting analysis operation (S8) if the previous analysis operation is completed (Yes for S7) after the sample injection preparation operation is completed. Thus, time for waiting for the completion of the next analysis sample injection preparation operation after the previous analysis operation is completed becomes unnecessary, thus performing an analysis efficiently and continuously and reducing time required for a continuous analysis.
