PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily moldable polypropylene film excellent in adhesiveness with a sheetlike article and embossing properties, and a building material sheet. SOLUTION: The easily moldable polypropylene film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film composed of at least three layers, that is, a layer A, a layer B and a layer C. The surface A has an O/C ratio of 0.15-0.34 and an N/C ratio of 0.01-0.08, and the resin composition constituting the layer B contains at least 1-30% of a petroleum resin and/or a terpene resin and the surface C has a gloss of 0.1-10%.
