PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface machining method and an inner surface machining device, capable of easily improving machining quality. SOLUTION: The inner surface machining device 1 is provided with a coupling means 18 for coupling a first head unit 2L equipped with a driving shaft 5, and a second head unit 2R equipped with a supporting shaft 6. At the time of inner surface machining of work W, after a cutter C disposed inside of the work W is clipped between the driving shaft 5 and the supporting shaft 6, the coupling means 18 couples the first head unit 2L and the second head unit 2R, thereby coupling both of the driving shaft 5 and the supporting shaft 6.
