PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power punching device, including a driving mechanism for smoothly moving forward and backward a punch pin for punching a sheet. SOLUTION: Punching units 2 of a number corresponding to the number of punched holes are mounted at required spaces on a rotating shaft 4 driven to rotate by a motor. In the punching unit 2, the rotating shaft 4 is fixed in the center of rotation of an eccentric ring 3 taking the position eccentric from the center of a circle as the center of rotation, a driving wheel 5 is mounted in sliding contact with the outer periphery of the eccentric ring 3, the rear end of the punch pin 6 is connected to an connection arm 5a extended in the radial direction of the driving wheel 5, and the punch pin 6 is held in a die 7 provided with a die hole 8. The driving wheel 5 is caused to vibrate by the rotation of the rotating shaft 4 to thereby move forward and backward the punch pin 6, thereby punching the sheet inserted a sheet receiving groove 9.
