PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of a metal thin plate drum, smoothly pulling each metal ring from a drum holding member, when a drum formed cylindrical by a metal thin plate is held on a drum holding member and cut in a ring-shape from the outside by a push cutter to form a plurality of metal rings. SOLUTION: In the outer peripheral surface of a drum holding member 2 holding the metal drum W, a plurality of first V-shaped annular grooves 5 are provided at predetermined intervals corresponding to the cutting position of the push cutter 9 extending over the whole periphery, and a second annular groove 6 formed extending over the whole periphery of the outer peripheral surface of the drum holding member 2 is provided between the first annular grooves 5.
