Uneven distribution of heat in liquid frying fats in deep frying appliances leads to thermal and mechanical over-loading of the frying fats which severely limits its useful life. The invention proposes a cooking vessel with a frying fat heati ng device with which the overloading is avoided so that the useful life is lengthened, and the evenness of cooking is improved.
