<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material suppressing or recovering the reduction of production capacity of IgA governing intestinal tract immunocompetence caused by a stress, while having an IgA production-leveling activity which does not act in the case that the production capacity is in a normal level, also gentle to a human body and having less adverse effect. <P>SOLUTION: The IgA production-leveling agent consisting of a citrus fruit or its processed material, especially a compressed material or fruit rind of an Onsyu mandarin orange is used by blending in an external agent (preparations of ointment, lotion, patch, spray, oral cavity use, liniment, or the like), an internal medicine or feeds for animals/fishes and shell fishes, to level the IgA production capacity for effectively improving the reduction of the intestinal immunocompetence caused by the load of the stress to maintain a normal immune system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
