<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently offering information about a resource, to which an entity having a predetermined authority makes access, an information processing method, an information processing program, a storage medium, and a resource management device. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an authority presence/absence information creation means creating authority presence/absence information showing presence/absence of a predetermined access authority of an entity to respective resources based on resource classification information for classifying the respective resources as access targets, entity classification information for classifying respective entities accessing the resources, and rule information defining a rule in access to the resource by the entity according to a combination between the resource classification and the entity classification.
