DYNAMIC VALUE CONTROL DRM SYSTEM, LICENSE ISSUING SERVER, CONTENT REPRODUCTION DEVICE, COOPERATION METHOD OF DYNAMIC VALUE CONTROL AND DRM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic value control DRM system capable of performing cooperation without impairing versatility of a DRM while making use of an advantage of a dynamic value control system and an advantage of the DRM.

SOLUTION: This dynamic value control DRM system is provided with a license issuing server 20 that is a common interface between a DRM license issuing server 22 and a control information issuing server 21. Identification information (URL information or the like) about the license issuing server 20 is written into a DRM content file 13 generated by a DRM content distribution server 10. A dynamic value control DRM player 30 receiving the DRM content file 13 acquires control information and a DRM license on the basis of the identification information about the license issuing server 20 included in a DRM content, and reproduces the DRM content file 13.
