<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device with a sealing device enabling a reduction in cost by reducing the number of parts and eliminating combined operations, capable of preventing a lip from being curled up, and enabling a reduction in size due to a reduction in the axial dimension thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This planetary gear device 10 comprises an internal gear 22 having a large number of internal teeth 24 on the inner periphery thereof, an external gear 20 disposed on the inside of the internal gear 22 and having external teeth meshed with the internal teeth 24, a crankshaft 17 engaged with the external gear 20 and eccentrically swinging the external gear, and a supporting body 11 rotatably supporting the crankshaft 17. An annular space formed between the inner peripheral surface of the internal gear 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the supporting body 11 is sealed by the sealing device 1. The main lip 4 of the sealing device 1 is formed integrally with a foreign matter removing lip 6, and the main lip 4 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the supporting body 11 to bring the foreign matter removing lip 6 into contact with a flat surface part (flange end face) 7a extending from the outer peripheral surface to the radial outer side of the supporting body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
