<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor dew proofing system capable of securely preventing dew condensation on an underfloor, and effectively and efficiently achieve the prevention. <P>SOLUTION: The system is structured so as to send air 10 humidified by passing an outdoor side heat exchanger 4 of a heat pump type air conditioner during dehumidifying and cooling operation to an underfloor space part 7. In this case, a duct 6 structuring a peripheral wall by a moisture-permeable, water-proof sheet is passed through the underfloor space part 7.
