<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the most suitable water for a hair permanent wave, a cosmetic water, treatment or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing neutral water is characterized by including a first process in which a raw water is introduced into a closed type tank, the raw water removed from the closed type tank is charged with a neutral field by a neutral field reformer, also disinfected by an ultraviolet disinfection lamp and/or disinfected by applying heat and further, circulated by providing impact on the raw water at the upper part in the closed type tank thereby introducing the raw water charged with the neutral field into the raw water, and a second process for introducing the water from the first process into the closed type tank accommodating porous carbide, the water passing through the porous carbide is removed from the closed type tank and passed through reformers of one, or two or more provided with catalyst action, disinfected by the ultraviolet disinfection lamp and/or disinfected by applying heat and circulated by providing the impact on the water at the upper part of the porous carbide in the closed type tank, thereby purifying the water from the first process: on the other hand, air reformed through the neutral field reformer is introduced into the circulating water or the water in the closed type tank and made to dissolve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
