PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher visual recognizability of the playing area in a pinball machine with a display device mounted on a transparent board. SOLUTION: A transparent inorganic EL display board 7 is disposed between an outer glass 5a and an inner glass 5b arranged ahead of the game board 1. It is a transparent display device and so improves the freedom in the designing and the gage structure of the game board 1 without lowering the visual recognizability behind it. As a wire electrode 14 as a part of a drive circuit is arranged on the inner glass 5b, the electric wiring can be connected between the drive circuit and the transparent inorganic EL display board 7 simply by sticking the transparent inorganic EL display board 7 on the inner glass 5b.
