PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial bus management apparatus capable of periodically ensuring a bandwidth and a channel and exclusively ensuring the bandwidth and channel to be cyclically used without overlapping with another node. SOLUTION: The serial bus management apparatus 194 includes: an effective bandwidth display means 197 representing a bandwidth of shared resources; and an effective channel display means 198 representing a channel of the shared resources, thereby managing the competition of utilization of the shared resources among a plurality of nodes networked by a serial bus having an isochronous packet transfer function. The serial bus management apparatus is provided with a cyclic resource management display means 300 representing the situation of cyclically ensuring the shared resources that are assigned from arbitrary nodes 191, 192, 193, 194 on a serial bus 195 to a read/write enabled address space and acquired by the bandwidth and the channel.
