PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker instrument of which the acoustic characteristics in low frequency is improved compared to a conventional speaker instrument, and changing of design is easy after a mold is manufactured. SOLUTION: The speaker instrument comprises a cabinet 3 where a first opening 21 and a second opening 22 are provided. A speaker unit 4 which emits sound outside the cabinet 3 through the first opening 21 is equipped inside the cabinet 3, and a bass reflex duct 5 is connected to the second opening 22 through a passive radiator 6. The passive radiator 6 is provided with a horn type diaphragm 61, and the open end on the large-diameter side of the diaphragm 61 is connected to the cabinet 3, and at the same time the open end on the small-diameter side of the diaphragm 61 is connected to one open end of the bass reflex duct 5.
