PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spring seat rubber capable of dispersing loads applied from a coil spring throughout a flange section, and improving its durability. SOLUTION: The flange section 12 is provided with a first inclined plane section 14a inclined upward from the lowest end L, and a second inclined plane section 14b inclined upward by an inclination angle larger than that of the first inclined plane section 14a in its upper face 14 receiving the coil spring. Thus, pressure receiving stress can be dispersed throughout the flange section 12 when loads from the coil spring are applied to the flange section 12. Accordingly, a defect that penetration and a crack occur on the lower side of the flange section 12 (especially, the starting end side of the coil spring) can be suppressed, and thus the durability can be improved.
