PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute a detailed and flexible photographing restriction about a camera to be used in a restricted area such as an art museum. SOLUTION: Identification information BC constituted of dimensional bar codes is arranged in the vicinity of exhibits EX that are permitted to be photographed in an exhibition facility EF with the exhibits EX displayed. When an exhibit is photographed with a digital camera 100, the identification information BC is also photographed. Information obtained by associating codes obtained by decoding the identification information BC with a predetermined preservation condition is set in the digital camera 100 in advance. When the digital camera 100 detects the identification information BC from a photographed image, the digital camera 100 decodes the identification information to acquire a code. The digital camera 100 determines the photographic permission/rejection of the photographed exhibit EX on the basis of the success/failure of acquiring the code and the acquired code, and stores or erases the photographed image in accordance with a determination result.
