PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting device which can prevent a liquid mist from adhering to a control board. SOLUTION: A passage unit 13 including a nozzle plate 16, a pressure generating chamber 12 and a liquid storage chamber 17 is connected with the distal end section of a head case 15. The control board 25 is arranged on the head case 15, and the head case 15 is combined with a head holder 28 under a state wherein the control board 25 is arranged in-between. A introduction passage 33 of the head holder 28 and a head passage 24 of the head case 15 are connected under a state being sealed by a packing member 35. On the packing member 35, a sealing section 35b which is pinched between the head holder 28 and the head case 15 under a state wherein the outside of the control board 25 is surrounded is provided. Thus, the liquid mist is enclosed by the sealing section 35b, and the liquid mist is prevented from adhering to the control board 25, and short-circuiting and so forth can be prevented from occurring.
