PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to determine which system should be used when a synchronous system in optimum tactile media is different by a network load. SOLUTION: The synchronous method in the tactile media holds a time structure of tactile media generated from a media generation source at one media output destination and which recovers. When the network load is light, a buffering time to the output of the media is changed dynamically according to the network load.
