PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a senior person who is not familiar with machine operation to easily perform basic setting such as the selection of a password, calling volume or calling sound. SOLUTION: A housing information board having operating parts 6a to 6e for performing various setting and a display part 5 is provided with: a first control part 8a for displaying setting enabling items for realizing the guidance of setting procedures at a display part 5 when simple basic setting is selected from menus displayed at the display part 5; and a second control part 8b for discriminating the display data of corresponding guidance based on the selection of the setting enabling items displayed by the first control part 8a, and for displaying them at the display part 5.
