PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing procedure search method for searching for an image processing procedure by repeatedly generating and evaluating the candidate of an image processing procedure for performing the recognition using as input an original image and a sample graphic obtained by designating a graphic to be recognized from the original image, the method quickly performing search while expanding the search validating region. SOLUTION: The candidate of an image processing procedure is generated by using neighborhood search, namely by using a search experience database in which data acquired by repeating the image processing procedure search in the past are stored.
