PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an answer file management device, a management method and a management program for managing an answer file to be transmitted by attaching an answer to a question to an electronic mail by which the answer file can easily and efficiently be managed, clarify the preparation, edition and mail sending history of the prepared replay file, issue an alarm to promote an answerer to send an answer when any answer file which has not been sent even after the lapse of a answer time limit exists, and for preventing the answer file from being erased until an erasure instruction to the answer file is approved by a person concerned. SOLUTION: This answer file management device is provided with: an accepting means for recognizing and accepting a answer file by attaching a predetermined extender to a file; an acceptance managing means for managing the acceptance management information of the answer file; and an electronic mail monitoring means for monitoring the transmission of the answer file by an electronic mail.
