PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolated support device which can carry out the base isolation by following even a large amplitude, and can carry out the damping and absorption of a vibration, and is excellent in the overall performance as a device which has excellent versatility and is applicable so as to correspond to kinds, shapes or structures of an object to be installed and an installation stand. SOLUTION: The base isolated support device A1 for supporting the object 1 to be installed on the installation stand 2 is composed of a screw rod 5 which can be screwed into the object 1 to be installed, and a support portion 7 having a fitting hole 7a into which the tip end portion of an earthquake isolating element 6 is fitted so as to come into contact with a slide portion 4 of a floor 2. The base isolated element 6 is configured as a three layer structure body composed of a sliding member 8 brought into contact with the slide portion 4 of the floor 2, an elastic member 9 to be arranged in the deepest side of the fitting hole 7a, and a metallic base plate 10 to be placed between the sliding member 8 and the elastic member 9.
