PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud bolt type terminal capable of reinforcing a bonding structure of molded resin and an embedded part of a stud bolt, miniaturizing the stud bolt, saving space and being formed at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the stud bolt type terminal 4 including a screw part 61 having lead wire connected thereon, a large diameter flange part 62 and a terminal part 63, and embedded in a molded resin head 5, a horizontal hole 8 through which resin flows at a time of molding is formed on the flange part 62. Consequently, even if resin contracts after molding and bonding surface of the stud bolt and resin exfoliates and a gap is created, the stud bolt is surely retained in an axial direction and a rotational direction by resin flowing into the horizontal hole 8.
