PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress dew condensation without requiring a conventional thermal insulation reinforcement in a concrete construction having partition wall for separating a space at low temperature side from a space at high temperature side. SOLUTION: In a partition wall 20 having an inner thermal insulation structure, a metal plate 10 is arranged to adhere to an upper surface 24a of an inner slab 24 in a position close to HB, heat-bridge section, in the upper surface 24a of the inner slab 24. Surface temperature in the position close to the heat-bridge section is unified over the whole metal plate 10 by thermal diffusion action. Thus, surface temperature of an end edge part A at the outer wall side 22 where the surface temperature becomes lowest in the position close to the heat-bridge section is increased to a temperature exceeding zero, and the dew condensation is efficiently suppressed. Accordingly, dew proofing structure is greatly reduced in thickness, as compared with a case where a thermal insulation material is conventionally added to the position close to the heat-bridge section to carry out the thermal insulation reinforcement.
