PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin composition having excellent flexural modulus and heat resistance as well as excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyester resin composition having excellent flexural modulus and heat resistance as well as excellent impact resistance comprises 95-30 wt.% thermoplastic polyester resin (A), 0.2-50 wt.% inorganic filler (B) and 0.5-9 wt.% polyorganosiloxane-containing graft polymer (C) which is obtained by coagulating/draining a polyorganosiloxane followed by mixing with an organic solvent, stirring, filtering and drying.
