MAINTENANCE SYSTEM OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system of an elevator capable of outputting a maintenance command of the elevator even on an elevator without an operation data measuring device. SOLUTION: This maintenance system can be attained by a specification database 21 for storing specifications of an elevator with an operation data measuring device and the elevator without the operation data measuring device, a similar specification elevator selecting means 22 for selecting the elevator with the operation data measuring device similar to the specifications of the elevator without the operation data measuring device from this specification database 21, a taking-out means 24 for taking out operation data on the elevator with the operation data measuring device selected by this similar specification elevator selecting means 22 from an operation data storage device 20, and a maintenance command output means 25 for outputting a maintenance command by comparing the operation data outputted by this taking-out means 24 with a determining value stored in a determining value database 23.
