PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong, rigid and light bicycle transmission case having simple construction for sealing a bicycle transmission body. SOLUTION: The bicycle transmission case 20 covers the bicycle transmission body and supports a plurality of transmission shafts. The transmission case 20 comprises a light metal reinforcing member 22 formed of aluminum or light alloy for supporting shaft portions of the plurality of transmission shafts and a fiber reinforced plastic cover member 21 integrally set on the inner face of the light metal reinforcing member 22 to seal the transmission body. The light metal reinforcing member 22 has the strength required for supporting the plurality of transmission shafts, and the fiber reinforced plastic cover member 21 has rigidity obtained by subtracting the rigidity of the metal reinforcing member 21 from required rigidity for preventing the deformation of the whole case.
