PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wheel able to serve for a long period of time and assuring adaptability to a plurality of vehicles. SOLUTION: The elastic wheel 10 is equipped with a wheel body 1 consisting of a rim 2 and a ring 3 and a disc 4 and is configured so that a ridge 31 having flanks 32 and 33 on the sides is formed on the ring inside surface 30 of the wheel body 1 in such a way as stretching circumferentially, wherein the disc 4 consists of a first disc member 5 and a second disc member 6 furnished at the peripheries with slopes 51 and 61 to pinch the flanks 32 and 33 of the ridge from the sides, and resilient members 71 and 72 are interposed annularly and assembled between the flanks 32 and 33 of the ridge 31 of the wheel body 1 and the peripheral slopes 51 and 61 of the first 51 and second discs 61.
