PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door device enlarging the inside of a cabin and capable of performing stable opening/closing of the door. SOLUTION: The slide door device is provided with a swing slide door hinge 4 for openably/closably supporting the door 2a at a driver's seat side in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; a rail 12 installed on a door opening 1a and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; a driving pin 17 moved along the rail 12; a driving device 7 for moving the driving pin 17; and connection arms 22, 43 supported on the door 2a at the driver's seat side and engaged with the driving pin 17. The door 2a at the driver's seat is moved in a vehicle width direction and a vehicle body longitudinal direction through engagement of the driving pin 17 and the connection arms 22, 43 accompanying with movement in the vehicle body longitudinal direction of the driving pin 17.
